Our free and confidential HIV and STI testing by state-certified testing staff are available both on site at the Joseph F. Miller Testing Center and at various satellite locations. Testing is always free and always confidential, and our friendly testing team members make testing as easy as possible.
Our testing center is open every weekday and every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, and we accept both walk-ins from all individuals age 13 and up. No matter when you visit, our friendly, certified testing staff members will help you determine what to get tested for and how often you should return for testing.
The Damien Center also partners with Walgreens to ensure that all individuals have access to testing. On the first Saturday of the month a Damien Center Tester administers only HIV tests at the Walgreens on 38th Street, and on the third Saturday of the month, we have a tester administer HIV tests at the Walgreens on 16th & Meridian.
For HIV testing, we use an oral swab, so getting tested for HIV is easy and test results are available in 20 minutes. Our testing staff will always go over your test results with you and connect you with the resources you need.
We also offer free testing for STIs (sexually transmitted infections) – syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and trichomoniasis – in partnership with the Bellflower Clinic. STI test results are available within two weeks of the testing date.
Ready to get tested? Call our testing center at 317.632.0123, or drop by during our open hours. The last HIV/STI test will be administered Monday-Friday, 30 minutes before closing. Or – view all our testing locations and hours here.
