Marketing Coordinator, The Damien Center - The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for general agency marketing, web design, graphic design, and public relations functions for the Damien Center. This position will work closely with all departments to design internal and external publications and ads and will be responsible for regular updates to the website and social media. Experience preparing written communications and working with the media a plus. This position will also play a role in the execution of agency fundraising events. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, website design, and marketing principles. Bachelor Degree preferred. Care Coordinator
Provide intensive case management and crisis intervention to clients diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Utilizing an integrated service model, the care coordinator links clients to recommended social resources. Participates in evaluative and quality assurance activities to ensure professional accountability to the agency and clients served. Must have a BS/BA is Social Sciences (psychology, social work, sociology), Nursing (BSN/RN), or Bachelor degree in another field with a minimum of 12 hours course work in human behavior, social policy, social welfare, counseling, interviewing, and/or dealing with families or groups. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of intensive case management experience working with dually diagnosed (mental illness and substance abuse diagnoses), be familiar with statewide benefits and entitlement programs.
