Our Services

The Damien Center continues to shape programs and services based on our client's needs. Our programs directly help and support those who have been impacted by HIV/AIDS, whether a client, their partner, family or friends.

Most of our clients live below poverty level. They live wondering where they will get their next meal. How they can take care of their family. How they can keep a job. We help clients in areas of prevention and education as well as housing assistance, emergency funds, food, transportation, care coordination, mental health services, and testing.

We empower and support our clients to strengthen their wellbeing and work with them to achieve the highest quality of life possible.

Damien Center Care Coordination Services

HIV Care Coordination is specialized case management for people with HIV. Damien Center care coordinators are highly trained and have extensive knowledge of different programs and their eligibility repirements.

Your Care Coordinator will discuss programs with you based specifically on your eligibility. These services may include:
