Throughout the year, The Damien Center hosts a variety of fundraisers and special events to raise both awareness and funds for the Center – and of course, to have fun! Special events are a great way to support the work we do while also helping us spread the word about the local and national fight against HIV.
Our two largest fundraisers each year are Grande Masquerade and Dining Out For Life. Additionally, we participate in a variety of HIV/AIDS-related fundraisers for other organizations, like the Indiana AIDS Walk, which benefits the Indiana AIDS Fund, and our board members host events ranging from art shows to holiday celebrations.
Often, individuals or groups generously host fundraising events to benefit The Damien Center. If you would like to hold an event to benefit The Damien Center, please contact our Director of Development and Communications at (317) 632-0123 Ext. 269 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If we know about your event in advance, we can assist with marketing your event and helping you be more successful!
Grande Masquerade - As our largest annual fundraiser, our Grande Masquerade gala not only provides us with critical funding, but also helps us share our message with hundreds of guests!
Dining Out For Life - Dining Out For Life has a little something for everyone. Each year, 50+ restaurants give 25, 50, or 100% of sales back to The Damien Center for one day - and all you have to do is dine out!
Other Events - From art exhibits to health fairs, The Damien Center both supports and is supported by many events throughout the year.
