Whether clients access other HIV-related services at Damien Center or elsewhere, they can rest assured that our substance abuse team provides a supportive and welcoming environment to address HIV-specific issues. Many of our clients prefer receiving Substance Abuse Counseling at Damien Center because they are already connected to other services we offer.

Clients who may benefit from outpatient psychiatric care may also be able to receive psychiatric assessment and medication management at Damien Center. Our licensed and experienced psychiatrist works closely with our substance abuse counselors to ensure that the most appropriate treatment is provided to meet each client's needs.
